My voice qualities: light Scottish accent (or more neutral RP if you prefer), warm & friendly , mid-pitch, versatile and controlled, age range 35-50s. My tone has also been described as: luxurious, soothing, mellow, trustworthy, warm, engaging, upbeat, authoritative, friendly, likeable, natural, and confident. I am also able to do bilingual voice overs as I’m fluent in Spanish (Castilian) so I won’t have any problem pronouncing those place names for your audio guide or corporate video! Recording

I can travel to you or work from my professional home studio, custom designed with the very latest equipment and checked by professional sound engineers to deliver outstanding sound quality.

I’m happy to self-record or take external direction via SourceConnect/Zoom/Teams/Skype /IpDTL. I can deliver high quality clean or raw audio in your chosen file format, usually WAV or MP3.

Send me a script and I will record and edit on a fast turnaround, end to end, with one point of contact. I’m also very happy to record a custom sample of your client’s script free of charge . NB. Timings on audiobooks will always need to be a little more flexible!

Background

I have more than 30 years of corporate experience: with a focus on presentations, webinars, and hosting press launches.

I’m a strong communicator with an equally strong customer focus. I’ve worked with clients and colleagues across a wide spectrum of industries: large commercial organisations, charities, media, publishers, as well as educators, and small businesses.

I had Speech and Drama training at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and still have regular voice coaching with Richcraft Voice Coaching to stay in shape!

I also have a BA Hons Spanish and Marketing from the University of Strathclyde and can speak fluent Spanish and conversational French and Italian.

With Spanish as a second language, I can also offer voice overs in Spanish.
